GripFx MAP Policy

GripFx Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy  1. Policy Statement: GripFx is committed to maintaining a strong brand reputation and a high perceived value of its products. To support this commitment, GripFx has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy applicable to all authorized dealers, distributors, and resellers. This policy has been designed to promote fair competition across all distribution channels while maintaining brand integrity.  2. Minimum Advertised Price: The MAP for all GripFx products shall be no more than 5% below the MSRP provided by GripFx. This MAP policy applies to all advertisements of GripFx products in any and all media, including but not limited to flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, email newsletters, email solicitations, internet or similar electronic media, television, radio, and public signage.  3. Policy Coverage: The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of specific GripFx products. The inclusion in advertising of free or discounted products with a product covered by this MAP policy would be contrary to the policy if it has the effect of discounting the advertised price of the covered product below the MAP.  4. Advertising Guidelines:  Advertisements must not directly or indirectly suggest a price lower than the MAP. Strike-throughs, asterisks, or other markings implying a price lower than MAP are prohibited. Bundle sales must comply with the MAP policy, ensuring the effective advertised price of the GripFx product is not reduced below MAP. 5. Policy Enforcement:  Violations of the MAP policy will result in actions up to and including termination of dealership or distributorship. GripFx will monitor compliance with this policy. Violations will be determined at the sole discretion of GripFx. Dealers, distributors, and resellers have no right to enforce the MAP policy. GripFx reserves the right to manage its MAP policy as it deems appropriate. 6. MAP Policy Updates: GripFx reserves the right to update, revise, suspend, or discontinue this MAP policy at any time. Such changes will apply from the date of publication and will not be retroactive.  7. MAP Violations: Upon verification of any violation, GripFx may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to the following:  Issuing a warning to the dealer. Suspension of orders and shipments of GripFx products. Termination of the dealership or distributorship agreement. 8. Policy Confirmation: This policy has been established unilaterally by GripFx. It is not a subject of negotiation or modification by any dealer, distributor, or reseller. GripFx's sales representatives or other personnel are not authorized to modify or grant exceptions to this policy.  By purchasing GripFx products for resale, the dealer, distributor, or reseller agrees to adhere to this MAP policy.
